Acquired in mid-2022, this site will be developed on two adjoining parcels totaling 10,732 sq ft. This allows us to build 53 units, and we have decided to make them all 1-bedroom apartments. Located atop Punchbowl, we believe the new building offers the potential for ocean views for tenants on the higher floors.

Due to the unique layout of the parcels, we opted to build all 53 units on one parcel, where the terrain is more level, and designate the lower lot for open-air parking stalls.
