We broke ground immediately after completion of 1427 Ernest in October 2023.   This 5,000 sqf lot is even more centrally located, surrounded by shops and restaurants such as Safeway and Times supermarket.  It is literally across the street from Safeway.  We think our new tenants in the 25 units apartment will enjoy a walkable city lifestyle with bus lines available in the close vicinity.

Acquired as a vacant lot in 2022, we initially considered a new design concept. However, as time progressed, we recognized the value of maintaining the same building design for cost efficiency while enhancing our 25-unit model.

We implemented several improvements from our initial design. Lessons learned from the permitting process of 1427 Ernest helped us save significant time in obtaining the building permit.

This building will feature 22 studios and 3 one-bedroom units across three stories. We aim to complete construction by June 2024.
